KAP study on water, sanitation and hygiene in Rajasthan




Centre for microFinance (CmF) is the nodal agency of the TATA TRUSTS for Rajasthan and is responsible for quality implementation of TATA TRUSTS’ supported projects on various themes including water, sanitation and hygiene. The over-arching goal of the project is to create enabling environment, by strengthening capacity of village institutions to achieve drinking water security along with improved personal and environmental sanitation & hygiene in tribal areas of South Rajasthan,

Now, the services of TRIOs have been hired to conduct a baseline study to assess Knowledge, Attitude and Practice (KAP) on WASH in selected district of Rajasthan.

TRIOs  team will provide following services for the duration of the project

  • Designing the study (establishing study design, methods and tools, sampling and field plan)
  • Hiring and training of enumerators and supervisors
  • Field deployment and data collection
  • Monitoring of data collection
  • Documentation and report writing. So that it can feed the implementation strategy for achieving the goals. Document would also serve as a benchmark for measuring the impact of the project interventions
